Bob The Plumber Inc

We came across this company a few years ago and have used them for repairs/services ever since (I believe the last one was our water heater replacement). Making an appointment is super easy and they always explain the process over the phone. Every plumber that we've had has been amazing and has done an excellent job! Pricing is always fair, appointments have always been on time, workmanship is amazing, and they are very honest about any repairs. Hugo was our plumber today and replaced our regulator and our water pressure is so nice now! Please thank him for us! They did a great job today! :)

Amazing Service from "Bob the Plumber Inc" - from the initial call for service to the install of a new water heater the following morning. I called Bob the Plumber because my friend recommended them. The Gas Company replaced my regulator and supposedly I had a leak on my side of the meter. I had quotes from 3 other plumbers for $350 -$450. I thought that was unreasonable just to unscrew pipes and screw them back together. When Matt from Bob’s came out, he was very nice. He stated he was going to give me a good deal because he liked me. He gave me a quote of $2000! I thought to myself what would he have quoted if he didn’t like me. I questioned the quote because he stated he did not have to add or replace any parts. He also stated it would take less than two hours to do the work. So he wanted $1000 per hour for labor. On what planet does this work? I said, “No thank you”. What a ripoff, do not use Bob the Plumber!

My first ever call to Bob The Plumber was last night in a panic, as I have company coming from out-of-state today and a gross backed up sink. Karen was very helpful. Hugo came this morning right on time, he was kind, courteous and professional and did an excellent job. I will absolutely be calling Bob's again if needed (hopefully not too soon) Tracy

Jason was out today. He was knowledgeable, informative and courteous. Completed the jobs quickly and left no trace of him being here! Have used this company several times before and have never been disappointed. Quick response time (came the next day). Highly recommend this company!

The adds say "Call Bob The Plumber" and am I glad I did! During the evening I heard what sounded like running water in the walls and couldn't figure out what was going on as everything was turned off. I gave Bob a call and the first thing next morning he had Matthew at my house and Bob himself even dropped in to help solve the mystery. Matthew was able to pinpoint the problem and it wasn't a fun one. SLAB LEAK! Matthew was extremely thorough, informative, and kept our nerves calm. The leak was fixed within a day and the sound of running water is gone! Thank you Matthew and Bob for amazing service from start to finish!

Jason with "Bob the Plumber" Fixed a Plumbing problem I had. He was Very Courteous and Explained everything in Detail. I will Definitely use them again and will request to have Jason. Karen whom I spoke with to set up the appt was Very Kind and Helpful. This was on Oct. 1st.

Great service. They were able to fit me in within 2 days, was in and out in 30 minutes. Saved me from my husband demolishing a wall to fix a leak, that was super simple from the spicket. Thank you Jason G.
